P4HEU è un programma internazionale organizzato assieme ad altri Cluster Europei per favorire la creazione di partenariati, idee e progetti su selezionati argomenti relativi a bandi aperti o in apertura. Prevede diversi eventi, generalmente due all’anno, in cui le aziende e gli enti possono informarsi sui topic e sulle call in uscita, indirizzare le proprie attività di ricerca, confrontarsi a livello europeo e individuare collaborazioni con altri partner.
Gli eventi consistono in una giornata di pitch di idee e competenze puntuali seguita di un fitto programma di incontri B2B internazionali.
L’iniziativa si apre con una call4ideas per raccogliere le candidature di idee e competenze in vista della giornata di presentazione.
Al programma sono invitati a partecipare aziende, organismi di ricerca, università, città, clusters da tutti gli Stati Membri o associati interessati a sviluppare questo percorso con il Cluster Smart Communities.
