The European Commission organises the second edition of the New European Bauhaus Festival where imagination meets sustainability and inclusivity for a beautiful future! Take part in Forum, Fair and Fest in Brussels, watch the Festival  online or attend Satellite events across Europe and beyond!

NEB Festival will take place on 9-14 April 2024. Core activities will be taking place in vibrant Brussels with captivating satellite events spanning across the European Union and beyond. Some of these events can also take place during the next week, from 15 to 21 April 2024.

The NEB Festival brings together people from all walks of life to debate and shape our future. A future that is sustainable, inclusive and beautiful. In 2024, the Festival will centre on the theme of Resources for all exploring subtopics such as shelter and living environments, land and water, fashion and human well-being in light of the changing environment. This inclusive and human-centric approach aims to inspire and engage individuals in embracing sustainable choices and fostering a deep connection to the New European Bauhaus movement.

During interactive sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and artistic performances, you will discover and experience the innovative power of Europe in building a common future that is not only visually stunning but also mindful of our collective well-being.

The festival will also feature the New European Bauhaus Prizes 2024 Ceremony, rewarding 20 projects, designs, and ideas that align and exemplify the movement’s commitment and embody the NEB values. The 2024 edition will feature a Special Recognition to Ukraine’s Reconstruction and Recovery Effort and will put the spotlight on regions across the EU facing more intensively socio-economic constrains, and places challenged the most by the need to evolve to a carbon neutral economy.
