The 2016 IEEE Second International Smart Cities Conference (ISC2 2016) will be held in Trento, Italy on 12-15 September 2016. This flagship event of the IEEE Smart Cities Initiative will foster plenary discussions and collaboration between all entities involved in planning and implementing successful smart cities. The program of this exciting flagship event includes panels, technical sessions, tutorials, and exhibitions.

The core purposes goal of the event are:

  • to disseminate recent research advancements and novel implementations promoting the transition towards a vibrant innovation-based society
  • to promote discussions, partnerships and cooperation between all people involved in planning and implementing successful smart cities
  • to increase the citizens understanding and awareness of how their active participation is essential for smart city evolution

 

The second edition of ISC2 (ISC2 2016) will be held at the University of Trento (Trento, Italy), from 12 to 15 September 2016.6.

Working Group and B2B on National Strategic Agenda

On the day "Smart City Solution & Challenge" dedicated to companies, the Cluster SmartCommunitiesTech organizes a meeting of comparison, structured in two parts:

 

Open discussion

The participating companies and the Cluster discuss the key elements of National Strategic Agenda presented in the morning, compared to the features and opportunities for development and adoption of innovation, territorial and industrial fabric which forms part

 

B2B meetings

The companies meet the Cluster individually to develop specific lines, in order to verify the inclusion of design ideas in the best opportunities at national and international level, thanks to the support services that the cluster makes available to Italian companies through the its network of regional partners.
